Sandbar Solar & Electric – Santa Cruz E-Bike Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
Entrants must be homeowners residing within the Sandbar Solar & Electric service territory at the time of entry. Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Sandbar Solar & Electric and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
Please fill out all requested survey questions to submit a valid entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted during the period stated on the giveaway landing page or promotional materials.

Winner Selection:
One eligible entrant will be selected by random lottery drawing from all valid entries received during the entry period.

Winner Notification:
The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate.

Claiming the Prize:
The winner must respond and claim the prize within 30 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, their prize is forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn using the same random selection method. Pick up required at Sandbar Solar and Electric, 2656 Mission St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060.
