Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of California who are homeowners residing within the Sandbar Solar & Electric service territory at the time of entry. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sandbar Solar & Electric and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) are not eligible. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Complete and submit all questions on the giveaway survey during the Entry Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchase does not increase chances of winning.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on the date it is first promoted and ends at midnight on September 30, 2026 (Pacific Time).
Only entries submitted during this period will be eligible.

Winner Selection

One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information submitted at entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate.

Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond and claim the prize within 30 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within the stated period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected using the same random selection method. Prize pickup is required at Sandbar Solar & Electric, 2656 Mission St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060.

No cash, credit, or other substitution is allowed unless the sponsor offers one of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Taxes

All applicable tax reporting and financial responsibility associated with the prize will be handled by Sandbar Solar & Electric. The winner may be required to provide necessary information to complete tax filings.

Personal information submitted by entrants may be used by Sandbar Solar & Electric to administer the giveaway, contact entrants regarding their entry, and for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes related to Sandbar Solar & Electric’s products and services, including but not limited to email communications, digital advertising, testimonials, and promotional materials. Liability Release & Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Sandbar Solar & Electric and its employees are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation or prize use.
Winner may be asked—but is not required—to provide consent for their name, general location, and likeness to be used in promotional materials.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and affirm that all information submitted is accurate. Sandbar Solar & Electric reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify or cancel the giveaway, disqualify any entrants who tamper with the entry process, and substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
